| A project for an art academy in Boxtel, Netherlands, which remakes a disparate collection of existing buildings into a cohesive entity. The new architecture wraps the existing buildings in a precast concrete ‘ruin’ – a kind of Pop Gothic - which refers both to the site's historical use as a monastery and the students' contemporary dress sense. |
